Salon Policy

***PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT***

 

NO CHILDREN POLICY

Children are not allowed in the salon at any time for any reason or outside of the salon door. Also, room space is limited so please do not bring extra guest to the appointment (including friends, family members, husbands, boyfriends etc). This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure a  distraction free working environment for the eyelash technician and to ensure a safe and relaxing atmosphere for the client. 

 

EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICES

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please do not drink a lot of water prior to your appointment (including caffeinated drinks). Caffeinated drinks may cause eye twitching during the application process and can make it difficult to apply the extensions.  Arrive to the appointment with a clean makeup free face (DO NOT WEAR MASCARA OR EYELINER). Thoroughly remove all makeup including eyeliner, eye shadow, and foundation prior to the appointment. Eye pads will not properly stick to the skin with makeup surrounding the eye area. If you wear contacts please remove them before your appointment. Bringing a pair of glasses is recommended or your contact lens case and solution for removal. 

 

REMOVALS & EYELASHES APPLIED ELSEWHERE

If you have previous lashes or extensions still on prior to your appointment, removals are $40. New full sets will not be applied over previous technicians work. 

 

EYELASH REFILLS

*Lash refills are priced on a week to week basis. Refills that have less than 20 extensions remaining on each eye or is more than 4 weeks old will be charged as a full set. Scheduling after 4 weeks will no longer be considered a fill and a full set will be required. Please schedule your appointments appropriately. It is best to book your appointment before you leave or at least 1 week in advance. 

 

COLD/FLU 

If you are sick or experiencing cold/flu symptoms days prior to your appointment or on the same day of your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Visiting the salon while being sick directly exposes your stylist, and other clients to any illness you have. Please be courteous and reschedule if you're sick.

 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY & FEES

All appointments require a full 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice. All appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours or at the very last minute will be subject to a standard cancellation fee of $25. The $25 cancellation fee will be added to your next requested appointment. No show appointments will require an inconvenience fee of 50% of the service that was previously scheduled and is required before a new appointment can be made. No shows, canceling, or rescheduling in less than 24 hours or at the very last minute will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit of $30 in addition to any other fees will be required prior to scheduling a new appointment. Giving a proper cancellation notice allows enough time to replace your appointment with someone else in the event that you cannot make it. To avoid additional fees please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment appropriately. 

 

DEPOSITS

All eyelash extension full sets and microblading services require a non-refundable $30 deposit. These services cannot be scheduled or secured without a deposit. All services cancelled in less than 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Therefore, a new deposit of $30 will be required prior to making a new appointment and the standard cancellation fee of $25 will be added to your total service amount on the day of your appointment. A deposit is transferable ONE TIME ONLY with a full 24-hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment. Deposits are made via square with your email address once provided. All deposits will go toward the service and will secure and confirm your appointment day and time.

 

LATE POLICY

If you're constantly late to your appointment, or reschedule constantly, i reserve the right to decline any future appointments. All appointments are given a 15- minute grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will be rescheduled in order to maintain a timely schedule for the next client.
